How I Became Your Insurance Guy
I didn't start in insurance to get rich quick or climb some corporate ladder. I got into this business because I watched too many good people get confused, pressured, and taken advantage of when buying coverage they didn't understand.
Many folks in the community know me from my years as manager at the Maysville Walmart, where I learned to work with people from all walks of life. In 2015, I transitioned into life insurance, and then joined Humana full-time in 2019 as a health insurance agent.
While I recently stepped back from my full-time role with Humana, I continue to offer their plans alongside other options because I believe in giving my clients choices that truly fit their needs.
After years in the industry, I realized families in Kentucky and Ohio needed something different - an agent who actually listens, explains things in plain English, and puts their needs ahead of his commission. That's why I went independent and never looked back.
